Vladimir has over 30 years of managing experience across different organisations, including CSR (Center for Strategic Research) Fund, TransСreditBank, UNECON, etc.

Vladimir is a member of the expert board of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Transport of Russia. He also is a member of the ANO DMTU (Directorate of Moscow Transport, Autonomous Non-profit Organisation) public council.

Pavel is an expert of OECD ITF’s Transport Research Committee, a member of the project committee of the National Project ‘Safe and High-Quality Motorways’, a member of the Digital Economy Council of the Council of the Russian Federation, a member of the Russian Railways’ Consumer Council, a member Expert Council on Monitoring and Evaluating the Quality of Developing Transport Planning Documents for Federal Subjects of Russia of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, and a member Expert Advisory Board under the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. In 2018–2020, he was a member of the Governmental Commission on Transport.
